Joyful Breathing

Conscious connected breathwork literally breathed new life into my understanding of the mind and body connection. It is a very specific technique with huge potential for change both mentally and physically. I love the combination of power and softness too, opening ourselves to new opportunities to heal and move forward in life. This type of breathwork can be challenging but you will be guided and supported to find the level that is exactly right for you at this time. Breathing helps to activate the parasympathetic nervous system, reducing feelings of stress and anxiety. In addition, each session can gently open up a new way of being and release deep traumas held in our unconscious minds and bodies too.

Your session with Sally

The sessions can be in your own home or at my house usually in daytime hours including weekends. The practice will be approximately 1 hour long with time to talk and debrief afterwards if you wish. There is advice on self-care and ongoing support is provided.

Sally is the first practitioner to combine Breathwork with the Triple Vagal Method. If you would like to try this unique combination of somatic bodywork with breathing, do ask for more information.

Cost

£85 per session

£450 x 6 sessions (booked in advance, to be attended within 6 months)

Home visits included within 5 miles of central Cambridge. Additional travel costs are 45p per mile.
