Joyful Aqua Yoga for Pregnancy and Birth
Online theory in advance and practical pool sessions. This teacher training course will be a wonderful blend of online theory, discussion and actual pool time to fully experience and practice the moves.

Who for: This course is open to everyone who has a love of water and a desire to support women during pregnancy and to help prepare them for a joyful birth experience. You must be able to swim, to submerge happily and be ready to open your heart to a gentle personal journey of exploration as well as learning all the moves and theory that will set you up to teach.
Course format: Blended, with Livestream (via Zoom), course study (supported by online resources) and face to face pool time.

Assessment and qualification
To qualify you will need to complete all sessions and activities, which will include a teaching assessment.
You will receive a Joyful Nurture certificate qualifying you to teach these specific practices for pregnancy and birth.
As a qualified tutor in this area, Sally has tutored aqua yoga courses internationally for many years. It has been validated with BGi insurance that the company recognises the qualification and will insure new teachers to teach the practices.
