On hearing just a few notes music can elevate your mood and relax your body. Combining movement and rhythm encourages an awakening of your spirit and will transform your day. We will be offering many different styles of dance designed for every woman and for all levels of experience.
Based on the principles of yoga, we will combine balance, alignment and strengthening with flowing movements and connection to the breath. Kayla has carefully created beautiful sequences that are easy to learn and can be practiced at home. She is a vibrant experienced dancer and her teaching is clear, accessible to all and is always an uplifting experience.

Kayla Lomas-Kirton
Kayla is a professional dance artist and movement practitioner. She has over 10 years of dancing and teaching experience in many different styles of dance. She is a passionate teacher and brilliant at communicating and putting you at ease to find your own level and then aspire to more!
Kayla is Sally’s daughter and they have worked together many times in the past supporting pregnant women and couples with intuitive movement and relaxation.
